A bronze group, Madonna of the Lily was purchased from the Royal Academy in 1926 by Queen Mary. He was involved in several monumental schemes including collaborating with Eric Kennington on the Soissons Memorial, Aisne, France in 1928. His stone sculpture of Eve is in the gardens of Fulham Palace and his controversial Aphrodite is in the Terrace Gardens, Richmond.
